One of the many highlights of Fashion Forward Canada’s online store is Nicole Bridger, the winner of Generation-Next, the best new designer competition of BC Fashion Week. Nicole Bridger’s eco friendly line is touted as ‘the one to watch.’ Her collection plays with shape and detail, each piece balancing offbeat basics with fashion forward flair.

Bridger’s fashion tour began with an apprenticeship with Vivienne Westwood, the Queen of Punk design and one of the most important designers of the 20th century. She then returned home to Vancouver to co-create the organic and sustainable clothing brand, Oqoqo with Lululemon’s Chuck Wilson. Having learned the ins-and-outs of sustainability she’s now launched her very popular self-titled line, Nicole Bridger.

Fashion Forward Canada was created by designer, Vaneesha Advani, to provide a diverse online variety of chic, unique fashions, as well as develop a strong independent designer community. She is continuously recruiting and meeting new designers to provide the variety that makes this online boutique stand pop from all the rest.

“We want shopping online to be just as exciting as visiting a traditional store,” said Advani, Founder of FFC. “We continuously make our online boutique easier to navigate so that fashionistas can enjoy exploring the site - like going through a good friend’s closet.”
The site carries fashion lines that are not always easily accessible to the general public, and strives to change this by fast forwarding the hottest items straight from the runways into the hands of fashion leaders who covet uniqueness and value, wherever they live!
