Orchard Supply Hardware is now offering dedicated do-it-yourselfers a complete line of high-quality, competitively priced power tools. Available on November 11, the line includes twelve OSH-branded power tools, each of which carries a two-year replacement guarantee. “Surveys of our customers indicate that there is strong demand for high-caliber, dependable power tools that can be used for serious home improvement projects, but that are also user-friendly and priced at a great value,” said OSH Senior Vice President of Merchandising Mike Clark. “Built exclusively for OSH and satisfying OSH’s design parameters, specifications and value proposition, the new power tools meet these demands.”
For a limited time, OSH will offer special introductory prices for the new line. Until November 23, customers can purchase an 18 volt cordless drill featuring two transmission speeds and 24 torque settings for $62.99. Charged in only one hour, it is easily maneuvered with a bull’s eye level guide and includes a forward and reverse indicator, two double end bits and a variable trigger. This item will retail for $69.99 after the introductory period ends.
Other power tools in the new line range from a 7 ¼” laser circular saw with an ergonomic, soft-grip handle to a 2 amp ¼ sheet finishing sander with a cast aluminum base and dust sealed rocker switch. Introductory prices are $44.99 for the circular saw and $18.99 for the ¼ sheet sander. After November 23, prices will be $49.99 for the circular saw and $29.99 for the ¼ sheet sander.
